Holiday/New Years Dress feat. Bought these boots for extreme cold weather use. I am familiar with Danner boots from my military service and can't say enough good things about Danner products. Once again Danner delivered on Quality. These boots are expensive but worth every cent I paid. They keep my feet warm, they required no break in period, and they are extremely comfortable. You can buy cheaper but you won't buy a better product.

I wanted the Cushe Shucoon MJ in size 38...unfortunately, the seller sent size 37, which was just a little too small, though almost wide enough for my medium to wide feet. But once I saw the shoe, I knew that I did not even want to try it in a 38. It is unstructured, doesn't offer much support, and the elastic strap across the top was very tight. Even if it had fit, I wouldn't have kept it, as the neoprene upper was wrinkly and 'collapsed' in the toe area. I found it unattractive. It is more like a funky ballerina style with elastic across the top, rather than a true mary jane. It's suitable for only the most casual occasions. I did like the packaging, though. Good for the younger crowd, I guess...would go well with the ripped-jean look.
